Relax And Rejuvenate

I'm often very busy, but rarely feel stressed because I use a little secret fast, easy to be relaxed. As I juggle many responsibilities and interaction with all kinds of people that can play in the toolbox of the following 10 ways to instantly switch to a more relaxed and excited state of mind.

1) During the first flood, stop work and take three deep breaths. I know we've all heard about the importance of deep breathing and power of breathing to relax the mind and body. The reason I think this is simple: it works.

2) Drink a glass of water. When we are dehydrated, even slightly, we feel worse. Contact the water, and stress reduction are well documented. Our brain and the rest of our body, we need the right amount of water to function properly. Many studies have shown that dehydration is only a pint can increase the levels of cortisol, which increases stress.

3) smile and laugh. When we smile, we immediately feel more confident and other people respond more positively to us. According to the Mayo Clinic, laughter is a powerful tool for stress reduction. Laughter has now been proven to relieve tension, stimulate organ function, activate the calming response in the body, fire the immune system and relieve pain. So go see a play, meet friends, or learn a new joke, and you'll feel less stressed.

4) Go play outside! Really, even 10 minutes of playing time with a child, animals, football, or hula hoop to help your body release the "good" chemicals, and you move in a more peaceful and happier.

5) Get the water. Think about it, what do parents often make with children unhappy? The bounce to move in a pool or give them a bath with toys! Water has a calming effect and has always worked for me. Take a warm bath or shower. Hit the pool and sauna in the gym. Go to the beach. Sitting near a river or lake. The water is relaxing for body and mind.

6) Look at something beautiful. Often, we moved to a feeling of relaxation and happiness just by staring at something that is intentionally good to us. The next time you feel stress, try to look on the face of a loved one, a picture of a beautiful landscape or a piece of art that inspires you.

7) Talk with a friend. Actually, sometimes just talking to someone who cares about you as you feel stress is all you need to feel better immediately.

8) Give yourself a mini-massage. Put some massage oil or lotion or the back of one hand and rub your hands thoroughly. This can feel very relaxed. Jaw and the front can often be tense when we feel stress, it is also very soothing to rub your own face and consciously relax the muscles of the mouth and jaw.

9) Listen to the song you love. Listening to music reduces the level of serotonin, adrenaline, and more. And 'well-known that music has the power to reduce pain and relieve depression. Let the beautiful voice to take away the stress and takes you to a sense of peace.

10) Imagine a place you love. If you can not actually access your ideal hiking, beach, or spa at the moment when you feel stress, you can still use your powerful imagination to imagine how it would feel like to be there! How does it feel the sun on your skin? Are you close to the sea or the mountain What do you see? We know that our body responds quickly to our thoughts. When you visualize yourself relaxing in a favorite place, your body will actually feel more relaxed.
